We accept major credit cards, bank transfers (where available), and Paypal payments. We ship products worldwide.

After confirming your order, you will be directed to the Paypal website. If you have a Paypal account, you can directly login into your account and make payment. You can also go directly to www.paypal.com and make payment to payments@tcmdepot.com (please include your order information and address). It is fast and secure. Otherwise, click the ¡°continue¡± button in the box of ¡°Do not have a paypal account¡±, you are capable to make payment with your credit card or through bank transfer (select your country, for example, Germany, you will find out whether bank transfer is available in your area or not).

If you do not have a credit card, and bank transfer is not available in your country without a Paypal account, you will then have to use a checking account to make your payment through Paypal. In order to do that, you will need to register with Paypal first and then ¡°add¡± your checking account to Paypal. Any major currency is accepted.

Package will be shipped out in 2 business days after we receive your payment. Express delivery takes up to 7~8 business days to reach your designated address. Regular freight takes up to 15 business days.

Shipping cost varies depending on the total of your order as well as its weight and destination. During the check out procedure your shipping cost will be displayed before you confirm the order.

We will notify you after your order is shipped out.

You can cancel your order anytime as long as your package is not shipped out yet. And you will get full refund. Please contact us.

We have a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you don¡¯t like the product, you can send the product back to us within 14 days from receiving your order. Should you need to return an item, you have to email us first at customerservice@tcmdepot.com to obtain instructions and a return authorization number. We only accept items which are in "Like New" condition with tags still intact. If an item has signs of usage (Opened, damaged, dirty, stains, smells, etc.), we will not accept it. Shipping cost is not refundable.
